Fairhaven Weekly Update

July 29, 2020

Dear Fairhaven Residents, Staff and Family Members,

We want to thank you all for your continued patience and support during this ongoing COVID-19 challenge.  As conditions evolve, we continue to monitor and implement recommendations of the CDC, local health authorities, and from our own experiences.  These steps are taken to best assure the wellbeing of our residents and staff.  We know how challenging these times are for every member of the Fairhaven family.  Yet, it is through our collective efforts that we will find brighter days ahead.  Part of our efforts are to keep you informed through regular communications.

The recent surge of positive cases in multiple states has made headlines across the nation.  However, our testing program of residents and staff continues, and is providing us with invaluable information regarding our potential exposures.  Our community continues to monitor the coronavirus and currently has 1 active resident case.

Thanks to your participation our systems are working.  However, your vigilance is required to continue our success.  Remember that any potential exposure requires one to self-isolate for 14 days and we also ask residents and employees to self-isolate if they are experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms.   Your friends and neighbors are depending on your compliance with all protocols to help keep each other healthy.

As a reminder, we ask that you continue to monitor your health, limit your exposure, practice social distancing, wash your hands regularly, and always wear your mask when outside of your unit.

We appreciate your partnership though this challenging time.

God Bless,
